1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Coloring Remix Studio (coloringremix.com), operated by Topazly LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the website, generating images, or purchasing studio credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Commercial Rights & Ownership

You own the coloring pages you create. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you retain full rights to download, print, color, bind, distribute, and commercially utilize the coloring sheets generated through your unique prompts and remix workflows (including publishing physical coloring books via Amazon KDP, digital printables on Etsy, or educational materials).

Public domain artworks displayed in our classic curation catalog are sourced from partner cultural archives under Open Access / Creative Commons Zero (CC0) designations in partnership with PublicArk. You are free to remix and build upon these cultural masterworks without copyright restrictions.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

Coloring Remix Studio is designed for family-friendly, educational, and creative artistic expression. You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate, upload, or remix sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Generate gruesome, gratuitously violent, hateful, or harassing content.
• Attempt to exploit, scrape, reverse-engineer, or execute automated denial-of-service attacks against our edge infrastructure.
• Upload images for which you do not possess the necessary moral and legal rights to condition AI remixing.

Violations of these standards will result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of unused credits.

4. Studio Credits & Payments (Topazly LLC)

Coloring Remix Studio operates on a hybrid model of free daily allowances and optional pre-paid consumable credits:

• No Hidden Subscriptions: Studio credits are one-time consumable digital purchases (e.g., $5, $10, $20). We do not place recurring subscription holds on your card.
• Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Topazly LLC never collects, stores, or sees your payment card numbers.
• Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as the service remains active.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales of Studio Remix Credits are final and non-refundable. Studio credits are consumable digital items immediately provisioned upon checkout, and GPU compute resources are dedicated for generation and remixing. Please test the studio using the free daily generations before purchasing credit packs. If an accidental duplicate charge or technical billing error occurs, please contact our billing team with your receipt at [email protected].

5. Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Coloring Remix Studio and all AI-generated content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. AI models may occasionally produce unexpected, imperfect, or anomalous line drawings. Topazly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
